Medium Silicone Kegel Duo 58g

The 58g weight is perfect for progressing past my starter set without feeling intimidating. I like that the soft silicone keeps it comfortable even during longer sessions, and the duo design makes it easy to alternate between exercises.

The silicone texture feels noticeably smoother than my cheaper trainer, which makes positioning way less fiddly. I’ve only used it three times, but the 58g weight already feels like a solid middle-ground challenge without being intimidating.

The medium weight is the perfect step up from my starter set—it gives my muscles a real challenge without feeling impossible. I love that it comes as a duo, so I can alternate sets while the other one is being washed.
