Mix & Match Kegel Set

Started with the lightest 15g ball and honestly didn't think it would do much, but by the time I worked up to the 74g one I could really feel the difference in my core. The variety means I never plateau, and switching weights mid-week keeps things interesting.

Started with the 15g pair and worked my way up to the 74g ones within a month, and I can feel the difference in my core during daily tasks. The mix of weights in one set means I don't have to buy separate kits as I get stronger.

The weight range from 15g to 74g is perfect for pacing myself—I started light and now I'm working up to the heaviest one without feeling overwhelmed. The variety keeps each session interesting and the progression feels natural.
