كرة كيجل سيليكون مفردة

I was nervous about starting pelvic floor training, but the velvety silicone made insertion surprisingly comfortable and the 37g weight gives just enough feedback to feel the exercises working. It’s simple, easy to clean, and I’ve already noticed a difference after a few weeks.

The 37g weight feels light enough that I barely notice it after a few minutes, which makes it easy to stick with daily practice. Wearing it around the house for an hour has already made me more aware of engaging those muscles, and the silicone surface stays comfortable against sensitive skin.

The silicone is so velvety it almost disappears once it's in, yet that 37g weight keeps me honest during my daily routine. I've only had it a week but already feel more connected to my pelvic floor, and cleanup is a breeze.
