The 120g total weight is no joke—I’ve been using it daily for two weeks and the targeted pull is exactly what my routine needed. It’s heavy enough that I actually feel the work happening, but the crystal surface stays smooth and comfortable the whole time.

The 55g per ball makes it feel substantial right out of the box, and the weight distribution is noticeable during use. I’ve been using it daily for two weeks and the intensity is exactly what I needed to progress past lighter sets.

The 120g total weight gives a seriously deep workout, and I can feel the difference in my core after just a week of consistent use. The smooth crystal surface makes insertion and removal straightforward, which I appreciate as someone who's moved past beginner sets.
