ลูกบอลเคเกลซิลิโคนคู่ – ชุดถ่วงน้ำหนัก 56 กรัมพร้อมสายยืดหยุ่น

The flexible cord makes removal worry-free, which was my biggest hesitation before buying. I’ve used them daily for two weeks and the 56g total weight feels just right for starting out without being intimidating.

The silicone texture feels smooth and comfortable during use, not tacky or irritating. I’ve been doing the exercises about five times a week and already notice better control after a couple of weeks.

The flexible cord makes removal way less awkward than I expected, and the 25g weight is light enough that I actually remember to use them daily. Two weeks in and I can already feel a difference in control.
